Description
Spring break ended up being a heck of a lot busier than I hoped it would. Worked on a lot, but finished nothing, so another older drawing for now. One more cu sith (demonic faerie dog from Celtic mythology) from drawing studio last semester.
This was the first one I did in the class, and my favorite out of all of them. Ink wash for the background and colored pencil for the cu sith again. Also a new character, his name's Sloan.
EDIT- just realized the scan cut off the feet; fixing later.

Ahhh these two cu sith pictures you uploaded are really enchanting~ There's a wonderful depth to this picture as a whole and to Sloan from how you pulled off the ink placement and the colored pencils.
The mix of media is fantastic and the design of him is very nice. Simple and straightforward, but a lot to him too. The little details like the downward curve of the snout and the way his head and legs are 'shaved' of his fluffy fur give him uniqueness and individuality.
The way everything is rendered too is really beautiful. Very excellent work! I'm looking forward to seeing his feet XD
