ACEO- Blue Moon

Long overdue aceo trade for ! I'm sorry it took as long as it did, thank you for being so patient!

I got free reign on this one, and this kind of happened. It's been too long since I've drawn a nice scaley dragon, and blue's my favorite color, and I like nights skies... so yeah. I had a lot of fun drawing him, it's a nice change from the things I've been having to draw for class.

Scanned poorly and I can't seem to get the colors quite right in photoshop. Certain spots aren't quite so saturated in real life. Done with copics, colored pencils, and ink. The ink I used is iridescent, so it sparkles when held in the light.
