I miss summer, so I drew a tropical eye-searing dragon to cheer myself up. 
The windchill is 9 degrees right now guys, someone save me.
Gonna go draw some more tropical dragons because I can't with winter right now. Dx
Probably gonna tweak the colors some more later, because my scanner super hardcore hates pink and butchered this (if anyone knows of any good scanning tutorials, please throw them at my face).
